Ignore certain windows

Ignore certain windows

Postby Matthew Darling » Sat Sep 08, 2012 7:12 pm

I use Emacs as my primary text editor, and it has its own (pretty awesome) built-in clipboard management. It interacts in some weird and unfortunate ways with the Windows clipboard, though, so Emacs users can never use a clipboard manager because it will pick up so much junk from Emacs.

So I've been looking for a clipboard manager that supports ignoring specific programs, but there are very few under active development. I'd love nothing more than to use ClipCube and send a few bucks your way, if it had this one feature :)

This feature can be also used for ignoring clips from such apps as KeePass or Password Safe.
With this feature it will be my favorite clipboard manager :-)

Thanks!
This has come up before, especially in relation to Emacs, so we know it's important.
Noted and filed, will make it happen in a future version!

+1 for me.

This would also be a useful feature for those who utilize a password manager and don't want the passwords being saved in plain text.
